• ISO 9001 : Unit Tribeni Tissues is certified under this program by the Lloyds Register of Quality Assurance, UK. It is accredited to UKAS of the UK and RAB of the US.
• ISO 9001(2000): Unit Bollarum - Quality Management systems certified by DNV (Det Norske Veritas), The Netherlands.
• ISO 9002(2000): Unit Bhadrachalam - Assurance for Quality Management Systems certified by DNV, The Netherlands. We are in the process of getting the accreditation for ISO 9001(2000)
• ISO 14001(1996): Unit Bhadrachalam – Environment Healcthy and Safety systems certified by DNV (Det Norske Veritas), The Netherlands.
• Juran Quality Improvement: based on Juran Trilogy of Planning, Control & Improvement. This is achieved through the “breakthrough sequence” of identification, diagnosis, break through in knowledge & remedial journey.
• Statistical Process Control tools and techniques to ensure consisting and repeatability and reduce variability in operations.
• Product Quality Rating System: An attribute based rating system which serves as a sign post of delivered or built-in quality conformance.
• 5S: Total productive maintenance(TPM) systems implemented in all manufacturing units Six-sigma lean management techniques introduced at Units Bollarum and Bhadrachalam
