A new line with tandem extruders from Egan with L/D ratio of 1:28 and capable of coating 10-30gsm of  poly was started in Sept 2002. The line is equipped with flame treaters and corona treatment to  ensure high levels of adhesion and surface energy. The line can also run a auxiliary web and produce  sandwich boards. Both, gloss and matte finish can be imparted to the poly. The line can make upto  15000TPY of boards at speed of 250 mpm.
